Gals That Brunch is an international movement set out to find the very best brunch destinations & resources around the world while at the heart of it we're going after creating spaces to bring thousands of Gals That Brunchies together around the world through our 150+ Chapters in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Africa, South Africa, Mexico, Portugal, Singapore + growing… GTB (Gals That Brunch) exists to be a catalyst for community, women and all things BRUNCH (Of course :))!
Our mission is to create a positive, authentic and empowering atmosphere where women can connect with each other and find community within their city. While we are on our way to being the #1 Brunch Resource in the world, it is our heart beat is to see women walk in complete freedom, launched into their destinies, dreams and living the most beautiful stories life has to offer (this all happens in COMMUNITY). We believe when a group of women come together to encourage, empower, and speak into each other’s lives it changes lives, atmospheres, cities and our world... "Creating community one brunch at a time..."
GTB began in June 2015 at a popular brunch destination in Virginia Beach. Founder, Tiffany, had recently moved cross-country from Colorado for a job opportunity and was looking for a way to make new friends in a city where she knew not a one.
After waiting two hours to save a table for the first brunch pop-up, she began nervously thinking, ‘What if no one shows up?’ Sure enough, 30 young women came together that day!
They all met as complete strangers with one common goal: to find the best brunch spots in their city while making new friends, networking and establishing community amongst each other.
At every brunch, we see an incredible mix of women from all stages of life. From young professionals to industry leaders; single sistas to supermoms. Some are new to the city and others are just looking to get out, enjoy a mimosa (or two) and meet new faces. While we begin each brunch as strangers, acquaintances, and friends – we end each brunch with a full belly and a full heart.
Since the first event in June 2015, GTB has quickly grown with over 100,000 young women. From east coast to west coast, to around THE WORLD Gals That Brunch currently spans across 6 Continents, 12 Countries, 140 cities in 35 states and is continuously growing. Our core values lie within 1) the heart of community, 2) the feeling of belonging, and 3) finding the best brunch spots across the globe!

Tiffany's passion is creating family, community, and deep impacts. Raised by her single grandmother (Mimi), Tiffany became the “poster child” of it “TAKES A VILLAGE” as various individuals wrapped around their family unit to raise her. Tiffany’s hearts cry for family became her GIFT, passion and heartbeat for COMMUNITY, a grid for FAMILY and the “spirit of adoption”. Throughout her journey of moving across the country, consulting with businesses, churches and well known thought leaders of today, she has dedicated her life to raising up people, voices & brands to their highest calling. And when Tiffany found herself having to move every couple of years for her career at the time, she began to recognize through her own heartbeat and longing for community, that it truly revealed the cry of this generation for BELONGING and COMMUNITY.
Being an original pioneer in the community building space, the vision only continues to get grander, she created the now global community movement "Gals That Brunch" which exists in over 150+ cities around the world, with over 100000 women having come through GTB events and responsible for thousands of BFFs (Brunch Friends Forever) connected. GTB is dedicated to creating spaces for community and expanding social circles, its heartbeat is to see women walk in greater levels of freedom (while exploring the best of brunch, because well duh).
Tiffany's passion and love is People, Inspiring Communities, Jesus, Family Dinner Nights, Pool Parties and her Choco Lab Pup, Milo (like the chocolate drink). She seeks to release and express the Father's love for people through creativity, family, and prophetic revelation. Today, her purpose lies in raising up and empowering individuals to develop their dreams and visions into the highest callings on their lives…and it all begins with community. She was nominated for “Women of the Year” with San Diego Magazine and is the voice behind many of the well known and loved thought leaders of today.

Hey there, I’m Jubilee. I am a California girl born and raised now living in Denver, CO these days. As a San Diego native, I love everything about the ocean and feel most alive in its presence (now trying to find that here in the mountains). I am a Project Manager by day, a coffee connoisseur for fun, an aspiring baker, and a proud mamma to my fur-baby Mick. Plus, I am the cool aunt to (4) nephews and (3) nieces. I have never met a cheese I didn’t like. And coffee is my love language. I am passionate about my family, friends, animals, and FOOD. And breakfast foods are hands-down my favorite, so why not brunch on a regular basis? I truly believe that life was meant to be done in community and not alone… so what a perfect way to gather around the table and build community with other lovely gals.

Marcie Frantz
Onboarding Director - Grand Junction, CO soon to be Tidewater, NC
In the Fall of 2019, Marcie became the Grand Junction/Western Slope (CO) City Leader. In the Summer of 2024, she will be starting the GTB Tidewater (NC) chapter. As a landlocked Colorado Native, living near the ocean in North Carolina will be a big, and exciting change!
When she’s not bringing Women together for brunch, you can find her Coaching women on their personal safety, training them how to use self defense tools. Empowering and inspiring women are two things she is very passionate about.
Marcie has been adventuring with her now husband since 2013, adding 4 kids, 4 chiweenies and a couple of kitties to the fun. They enjoy exploring Jeep and hiking trails, and getting in the water whenever they can.
Marcie’s favorite colors are pink and orange, and that reflects in her big orange Jeep!
Her brunch go-to’s are French Toast, Biscuits and Gravy or a BLT, and coffee is her beverage of choice!"
