Join us for a Barre Express class designed as a full-body workout, this class will be upbeat and motivating. A mix of Pilates and functional movements, inspired by dance positions Barre is a muscle endurance building workout. All-levels of experience are welcome as class can be modified for beginners or challenges added for experts.
